We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team building heavy-duty equipment. This role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components into complete units using blueprints and work instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components into finished equipment and subassemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions
- Install parts such as motors, control panels, and drives
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Work with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
